Is that supposed to tell us what kind of context you want in the submissions? Unless your suggesting that there is a “loose” guide somewhere, just saying “A celebration of writing” is no where near even a loose comment on what kind of submissions you are “hoping” for. If you want to get what you are “hoping” for, being more specific may help.
